Course Overview

The Institute of Accountancy Arusha is a higher learning institution, owned by the government of Tanzania, established to train, research and conduct different consulting activities. In fulfilling its mission, the Institute entered a collaboration with Nelson Mandela African Institute of Science and Technology (NMAIST), which allows it to offer a PhD program in Information and Communication Science and Engineering (ICSE). Therefore, the Institute invites qualified individuals to apply for this PhD program for the 2022 intake. This is a full-time program offered by coursework. Candidates can choose any of the following specialisations: Information Technology Systems Development and Management, or Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering.
