Masters of Business Administration in Information Technology Management

Course Overview

This program is geared towards producing competent graduates imparted with knowledge, skills and experiences for application in policy marking and decision making in managerial level in the ring of Information Technology. Graduates will be able to operate at tactical and strategic levels as well as lead and manage information systems of organization within the business environment, at both local and international context both in public and private sectors. Entry Requirements

  • At least a Second-Class Degree of the Institute of Accountancy Arusha or an equivalent degree from a recognized higher learning Institution.
  • Candidates with unclassified degree (e.g. M.D.) Shall have at least a B grade average in the subject of the intended Master?s Programme.
  • A Candidate who holds a Pass Degree may also be considered for admission if: His/her undergraduate performance in the proposed area of study was at least B grade and He/she scored B grade in the project work/research as one of the conditions for accomplishment of Bachelor Degree.
  • An applicant with a Postgraduate diploma in the respective field of study.
  • Candidate with Second Class Advanced Diploma of Accountancy Arusha or from any other recognized higher learning Institution.

Teaching methods

The programme is delivered through a physical class session and blended mode which allowing you to fit your studies around other commitments. A wide variety of resources is made available via the online study platforms, including: lecture notes, videos,specialist resources from the IAA library and discussion forums.

Module lectures will be available to address your questions and offer guidance relating your studies.
